知识因为分享才有价值，知识需要沉淀，想法需要碰撞和探讨才会形成新的知识，而我想一直学习新的知识。
Knowledge gains value through sharing, and it requires time to accumulation. Ideas need to talk about each other and be discussed in order to make new knowledge, and I aspire to continually learn new knowledge.

写这个博客是想将自己的思考和知识记录下来，成体系的记录一下自己所知道的知识、想法、学习方法和学习路径，也希望看到的人能够从中获得些许的帮助。

近年来我把工程能力延伸到量化投研领域：从因子挖掘、特征工程到模型训练，再到回测与策略落地，关注如何用分布式计算（如 Ray）加速金融模型训练。我喜欢把系统、性能和数据工程的经验带进量化研究，做出既稳健又高效的策略。
In recent years I’ve extended my engineering work into quantitative research: factor mining, feature engineering, model training, backtesting, and turning strategies into production. I’m interested in accelerating financial model training with distributed computing (e.g. Ray), and in bringing my systems, performance, and data-engineering background into quant research to build strategies that are both robust and fast.
